TODAY I START MY TRAINING

After all the fast food and alcohol I have consumed it is only right I go on a diet and set myself some goals.

At present I have a BMI of 23.4 (http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/), I am 69.9kg (11st). Although I am normal weight I feel a bit flabby.

My aim for the next 4 months bulk up and build lean muscle. First I want to try drop to around 63.5kg (10st) then build my muscle mass to around 13kg (11.5st)

To hopefully achieve this I will try and stick to the following regime:
